2010 Back to Basics: A Commonsense Approach

The next conference in 2010 will be entitled:

 Back to Basics: A Commonsense Approach.

This year's conference will be held from 21 - 23 June, at the Sebel Citigate King George Square Hotel, in Brisbane.

The 2009 conference held in May, was well attended and comments from delegates were good.

Presenters have now been contacted and as soon as permission is received, their presentations will be posted onto the web site. Hopefully all available presentations should be on the web site by the end of July.

At present the Australian Winter School Committee is in the process of formulating a new program for the 2010 Conference. Following up from comments from delegates at the 2009 Conference it hasbeen decided to run workshops on the afternoons of each day. This will give delegates more flexibility in choosing which sessions to attend.

Information on the plenary presenters are now available on the web site.

Plenary Sessions
2010 Conference Program

The Organising Committee has formulated a draft program and is at present in the process of sourcing plenary presenters. As soon as these are in place a draft program will be posted onto the web site.

It is envisaged that 'Expression of Interest' will be sought from interested parties to present electives or workshops based on the conference theme.

Please note that presenters must supply their presentations before the conference so that they can be loaded and tested to ensure no problems arise on the day of presentation.
